We service any brand of air conditioning equipment and can sell most major brands. Condee is an independent Trane Comfort Specialist dealer; this standing is only given to the highest ranking dealers that are committed to the best in every aspect of their business, from installation and service, to customer satisfaction and employee training. We encourage everyone to participate in our preventative maintenance service at least once a year.
Any size electrical task or problem can be handled by one of our highly trained electricians; whether it’s bringing your home up to code with hardwiring your water-heater, updating breakers, panel surge protection or installing new indoor/outdoor lighting enhancements. We also service Vantage and LiteTouch home automation systems. Pole lighting is no problem with our bucket truck. We have the ability to service the “out of the ordinary†apparatus.
