With over 50 years of combined management experience, we pride ourselves on installing and servicing quality H.V.A.C. systems. Whether its Indoor air quality, dehumidification- humidification control, Design, Code calculation, ventilation systems or oven hood systems we can get the mechanical aspect of your project complete and on time.

Service Department

* 24 Hours a day & 365 days a year on call service technicians at your fingertips! Our current service calls are $115.00 per hour (w/ no trip fee's) plus parts. There is no extra charge for after hours or weekend calls. Most repairs can be completed within 1 to 2 hours. Trip charges apply only on day of holiday. Call for fee. Limited offer for out of season specials! P.M. customers parts and calls even cheaper!

* Get your system up and running while the "dollars make sense"! Call about a Preventative Maintenance contract find out how you can save even more on your basic service calls and parts by becoming a P.M. contract customer! Right when you need your Heating and Air Conditioning system the most, Dorton Air will be there to make sure your up and running at the lowest cost possible!

* Call our office during non business hours and listen for the on call service technicians cell number and speak with someone right away! It's that easy. No need to worry about a hassle trying to get in touch with an actual person.

* Normal business hours are from M-F 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM EST. *Holiday and other rates may apply.

* Technical support is always available even if you do not need a service call, simply call our office during normal business hours and we will be glad to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

* System start-up's are scheduled within 48 hours of receiving your call. (emergency no heat / no cool calls do have priority)
