Kassel's Appliance & A/C Repair, Inc. was established in September 1999. After 10 years of experience working with another air conditioning company in the Tampa Bay area, it became evident it was time for Bill Kassel to venture out on his own as a family-based business.

As time went on we found by giving our customers honest and reliable service at affordable rates, word quickly spread and our customer base boomed! Our staff soon followed suit. We are proud of our knowledgeable staff: Vicki, our faithfully dedicated dispatcher does her very best to schedule service in a timely and pleasant manner; our technicians Bill (owner), Larry and Adam are the best! They truly care about the success of our business by giving our customers the very best service possible. You won't find them trying to sell you on a new A/C system unless your current one really cannot be repaired. They work with you to the best of their ability.
