Okeechobee Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Company, is an independent, family owned business founded by Dwayne Blair. Since 1978, the Blair Family has built their reputation on prompt service, quality products and workmanship and a dedication to total customer satisfaction. We take pride in offering our customers the best products on the market today. We are an authorized dealer for Amana, Carrier and Lennox air conditioning and heating products.

We have a great staff of employees who share our commitment to our customers in giving them the best service possible.

Hours of Operation
Our regular hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. We offer 24-hour emergency service 7 days a week.

Flat-Rate Pricing
We charge a modest diagnostic charge that includes travel time and the time it takes to diagnose the problem. Our technician will then quote a price to complete the repair so the customer knows what to expect.

Residential Service
We keep a large inventory of parts and equipment in stock to provide our customers with as little down time as possible. Our technicians are factory trained and radio dispatched, ready to handle all of your indoor air quality needs.

Commercial Service
We provide service to many commercial customers; churches, schools, shopping centers, office buildings, restaurants, etc. We are an authorized dealer for Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, and Scotsman ice machines.

Commercial Refrigeration
We keep a full inventory of parts on our trucks to handle most commercial refrigeration and ice machine repairs.
