Our company Temptrol is a state certified, licensed, insured and bonded mechanical contracting company in business since 1983. We are specialized in commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration. We are also a factory authorized service agency for Dunham-Bush rotary screw machines in South Florida.
Service & Maintenance
Commercial & Industrial Maintenance:
Our maintenance agreements are designed to provide the customer with an ongoing maintenance program. The program will be initiated, scheduled, administered, monitored and updated by our company. The service activities will be directed and scheduled on a regular basis, by our automated maintenance scheduling system based on the manufacturer's recommendation and our own experience. The customer is informed of the program's progress and results on a continuing basis via a detailed service report presented after each service call for customer's review, approval signature and record.
o We offer three levels of maintenance contracts:
+ Temp-Care: A preventive maintenance-only agreement.
+ Temp-Service: A preventive maintenance and labor agreement.
+ Temp-Guard: A preventive maintenance, labor and parts agreement.
* 24 hr. emergency service.
* Our fleet of vehicles are constantly monitored through our computerized tracking system to provide you with a faster response time.
* Cooling tower repairs and overhauling.
* Building automation systems.
* Remote monitoring of equipment within a facility.
* New construction.
* Factory trained service technicians.
* Equipment replacement such as: chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, package units, condensing units, ventilation systems.
* Value Engineering.
* Financing and leasing available.
